Cool in Cloth grants you permission to temporarily download one copy of the materials contained on this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. Under this license you may not:

- Shipping & Handling
- A delivery charge of £3.99 will be charged on all orders inside the United Kingdom. All orders over £75.00 are free postage within UK. For all orders to Europe & Rest Of World please check postage when you check out (12.95) Europe (16.95 Australia/USA). Delivery is provided by the Royal Mail and will be dispatched first class. Orders delivered next day will be by courier or Royal Mail. For next day please ensure orders by 3pm. We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days of placement, subject to stock availability. Please allow 6 – 8 working days for delivery. We do not deliver or dispatch orders on Sundays or public holidays.
Please note that postage and packaging is non refundable. We are not liable for return postage however any item resent in replacement is free. We would also advise you to obtain proof of postage when returning goods as we are unable to claim responsibility for any items lost in transport. If any package does not arrive deemed missing Royal Mail will take 14 days to verify this and in such instance we cannot send out a replacement product until this time period has elapsed.
Please note for USA orders of $200 (or lower) import duty will not be applied under the terms of an informal entry (or entry of shipment for personal use).
If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the EU, you will be solely responsible for any customs, tax or duty charges. Please be aware these may cause a delay to your delivery

We store your personal information and ensure it's heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further safeguard your debit and credit card numbers and your bank account details, PayPal do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet.

- If you are unhappy with your product then we will offer you a hassle-free refund, exchange or replacement. Just return your product within 14 days in its original packaging. Please note that the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it.We will also refuse products if they smell of nicotine.

Return your unworn product in its original packaging and condition within 14 days. - Damaged or Lost Items
- If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, we will replace the goods to an equal value or offer a full refund after a full investigation with Royal Mail has been carried out. Normally around 14 days. Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
